Roasting high quality coffee for the Bluegrass & beyond
From a cast iron pot over a camping stove to a commercial drum roaster
Many years ago, we roasted our first green coffee beans with a metal whisk, an old cast iron pot and a camping stove. It wasn’t long before we transitioned to a Gene Cafe for easier, more efficient home roasting. We are now roasting in an American made San Franciscan SF-6 drum roaster. It is an exciting privilege that we are now able to share with our community the delicious goodness we have been honing over the last several years.
We are so excited to be roasting out of Southland Bagel. You can buy our beans at their storefront when you pick up some tasty bagels. We offer a variety of seasonal, responsibly sourced roasts in retail and wholesale quantities.
We want to do whatever we can to help you enjoy our coffee as much as we do! Please email or message us with comments or questions. We would love to hear from you!
